Saltos Giannini LLC is more than a business to us. It is the result of two people building something together.
We are Gabriel and Nicole — husband and wife, business partners, and two people who bring different strengths to the same vision.
Gabriel brings more than 8 years of experience in video production, including over 4 years dedicated to construction and trades. Nicole brings her experience in digital marketing, content distribution, and business management. Together, those strengths allow us to tell the story of a company from both sides — the work happening in the field and the way that work is presented to the world.
We have seen how much effort, sacrifice, and skill, goes into every construction project. Behind every finished building, installation, repair, or development are people who worked long hours to make it happen.
Too often, that story disappears once the project is finished.

Our families have helped build so much throughout Chicago, but years later, only a few pictures remain in old albums. We wanted to change that.
We created Saltos Giannini to professionally document construction projects so the work, the people, and the story behind each project can be remembered for generations.
We combined our experience in video production, business, and marketing with a growing understanding of the construction and trades industry. Instead of creating staged commercials with actors and complicated productions, we chose to step directly onto real job sites and capture the work as it actually happens.
Over time, construction became more than just an industry we filmed — it became our specialty.
We learned how to work around active crews, equipment, excavations, tight schedules, safety requirements, and projects that can change from one hour to the next. We understand that contractors don't have time to stop working for a camera crew. That's why we adapt to the job site, not the other way around.
Today, Saltos Giannini helps construction and trade companies document their projects from start to finish through professional video, photography, drone footage, social media content, websites, and marketing.
